One of my favorite things to have in the morning or fora mid-day pick me up is a smoothie bowl! My go to recipe is listed below:

1/2 raspberries
1 cup strawberries
1 full banana
Splash of cranberry juice
Handful of spinach 
Topped with chia and hemp seeds +granola and pumpkin seeds for an extra crunch !
