Current situation. Yesterday’s sugarpump 🍪
Yes, Sugar. At this point of my diet I have some issues with my mindset and yesterday I couldn’t stop myself and ate some chocolate 🍫 and some more. I felt guilty. And I ate some more.
I totally lost my mind. The fact, that I don’t know what’s my next competition and the struggle with my studying made me felt extremely uncomfortable and there is a lot of pressure. I want to try to be motivating for others and I do want to be real, so I share this weak moment with you without saying that it’s okay to break the diet and have weak moments.
I got my motivation back and also my mindset is on point again.
The last weeks I told myself that I have to think like a pro and already act like a pro to become one. Now I am, so I will do everything to fulfill this title
I did not come this far just to come this far!
