In 48 hours I’ll be reunited with this tiny little cutie on Grand Cayman. She’ll tell me repeatedly that I need a haircut, try to give me all of her clothes, and generally drive me to blissful insanity. We’ll sleep in the same bed and drink too much Prosecco. She’ll hug my boyfriend multiple times a day, inform me regularly of how lovely he is, take his side in every debate and thank him for putting up with me. We’ll spend 5 hours getting her into 7ft deep water with a mask and snorkel on, where she’ll pretend to have fun for no more than 20 minutes. She’ll cook us delicious meals that will warm our souls. The moment she is gone I will cry. What else are Mamas for?!
