Joint Sense Sports Performance
Ive been off of instagram and facebook for a while focusing on rehabilitation of a hip bursitis injury as a result of a fall. Being unable to run and bike wasnt so bad, when you can gym, but minor surgeries took care of that for a fortnight with stiches.

I made the decision to exercise the brain instead through downloading multiple audiobooks and doing online study.

As a result of this time both learning and reflecting i have learned a lot, both about myself and general sports performance.

Whilst it used to be considered having multiple jobs meant you were useless at sticking to things, it seems no longer the case. I now realise that i have a wealth of knowlege over many years in both personal life and work life to give my all to my patients and sports performance customers and hopefully inspire friends and colleagues.

I have suffered anxiety since the age of 9 which came to a head in 2004 resulting in major stress and panic attacks. I learned to confront the anxiety and had help from an amazing individual Dave Weller which put me on a good path.

I have worked as a chef, i have studied nutrition, i am a sports massage therapist, a chiropractor, a dry needle acupuncturist, a rehabilitator, a sports injury enthusiast, trained in radiology and a radiography, a bike fitter, a running analyser, a trail running club organiser, business owner, i have lived with mental health, had 3 prolapsed discs, 1 with surgery, i have completed Ironman, ultramarathon, 10km swim, had my fair share of injuries and for 20 years helped others fix theirs, i have helped people to their first marathon, their first triathlon and other goals.

I am an Expert Generalist, How can i help you?

Photo from my last event: The great North Run. I had the privilege from a very kind person to have VIP entry and had my toe on the startline as the gun went off on the opposite side of the carriageway dead parallel to Sir Mo. Amazing day! 😁
