Halloween stuffed pepper 🎃🧡

Instead of pumpkin, we carved out an orange pepper and filled it with soy mince stuffing. We baked it in the oven after taking picture and it tasted amazing! 😍

Recipe for the stuffing:

INGREDIENTS
• olive oil
• 1 onion
• 50g (1 cup) minced soy meat
• 250ml (1 cup) tomato sauce
• 1 cup of chickpeas
• salt
• dry basil and oregano
.
Saute onion for a few minutes, then add soy meat (presoaked in hot water for a few minutes), tomato sauce and spices. Cook for a few more minutes.

Polnjena paprika 🎃

Danes sva si za kosilo naredili v pečici pečeno papriko, polnjeno z omako iz sojinega drobljenca.

Recept za omako:
• olivno olje
• 1 čebula
• 50g (1 cup) sojinega drobljenca
• 250ml (1 cup) paradižnikove omake
• skodelica čičerike
• sol
• bazilika in origano
.
Na olju popražiš čebulo, dodaš sojin drobljenec(ki ga pred tem nekaj minut namakaš v vreli vodi), paradižnikovo omako in začimbe, ter čičeriko in pražiš še nekaj minut.
