Over the years, I feel like I’ve tried it all when it comes to supplements. There is an overwhelming amount of options these days. It’s hard to know where to begin. I’m all for simplicity and aiming to get the most bang for your buck by taking less supplements and powders and getting it mostly from high quality, organic, and local foods when possible. But with today’s stressors, environmental toxins, and depleted soil. It’s even more imperative that we choose our supplements mindfully as well. This is what has led me to these THREE key supplements, which you will get a breakdown below.
-
Here are the THREE supplements that I have been consistently taking the past 4 months.
-
1) @ancestralsupplements Dessicated Beef Liver. Liver is an ancient superfood that is literally like nature’s multi-vitamin in a gentle bio-available form that our bodies easily recognize. Loaded with fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,K, and E), minerals like copper, heme iron, choline, chromium, zinc, folate, B vitamins, CoQ10, hyaluronic acid, and this specific anti fatigue factor. It’s true nature wisdom.
2) @bioastin Astaxanthin. It’s made from 100% non-gmo micro algae. This unique fat soluble compound supports joint, skin, cardiovascular, and eye health. Interestingly enough, astaxanthin helps lessen delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and combats free radical damage when we are exposed to sun ☀️ light.
3) @tonic_treasures Shilajit is probably one of the most interesting substances on planet 🌎 earth. Shilajit is this mineral deposit that is compromised of humus and plant 🌱 remains that have been compressed between layers over thousands and thousands of years. This specific brand sources theirs from the high altitude ranges in the Rocky Mountains 🏔. What is powerful about Shilajit is that it contains over 80+ minerals, amino acids, humid acid, and fulvic acid. Fulvic acid acts as a driver that helps transport these minerals at the cellular level🖤
