I have completed another one hour workout with @thefitnessmarshall , @haleyjordan12 , and @adflorea . I know I am late in posting this workout from 10/10. Last week was busy because my clogging group was preparing for 4 performances at Meramec Springs, for the weekend. It is this very reason, I love the @bootyarmyapp !
