Like many people I often find myself spending hours upon hours binge watching shows. 🛋After a long day of work or study it’s so flippin’ easy to veg out and watch endless crime shows or Queer Eye! But we need to start asking more of our brains. ⠀
It’s hard af to pick up a book📚 when your tired but forcing your brain to make ‘pictures’ in your mind from words helps keep your creativity alive. 🔍I find that the ‘lazier’ I let my brain get the less ideas fill it. 💡⠀
