That quote RESONATED with me this morningI am having a very challenging week. Mentally & physically.

New early morning routine.
A zillion things on my plate. I’m so back to back I forget what day of the week it is.

I’m  hanging on.
Literally.
Those 10 seconds that felt like entirely. 
I thought to myself “If I can get through childbirth I can do anything” 
Isometric holds aren’t  hard.

Mommying is hard
Dealing with loss is hard
Depression is hard
Break ups are hard

Chin up? Not hard.

In that moment, when I wanted  to quit I CONVINCED myself how EASY it was.

The power of the mind is SO REAL.
It’s SO POWERFUL.
That voice in your head, makes or breaks you.

Physically you are ALL capable.
It’s your MIND that gives up far before your body ever does.
