I very quickly abandoned today’s earlier approach. It would have taken hours upon hours, days and days to analyze 8 gene segments. Opted to use a published pipeline, which meant I had to force myself out of my comfort zone and engage in using GitHub. It was a success! Those clouds of color are individual sequence IDs, organized into multiple closely related clusters. 🤩🤩🤩
