Most times I find myself in autopilot mode. Solely focused on my work, the meal I’m making, the customer I’m serving. Then in my personal life just I just have time and energy for those close to me, those that matter to me, and those who meet me halfway. I’ve had to change my habits over the years to keep my depression in check. I’ve had to change who I am and allow myself to be who I need to be in order to live my fullest and happiest life. It’s a constant battle I have with myself every single day I hit the alarm when I wake. But it’s a fight a lot of us have. One you are not alone in. My depression is a part of me, but just 1. I have so much more to give, so much more to be than my dark days, and so do you
