Coming atcha today with one of my favorite HIIT exercises!! ⠀⠀
I generally like to pair this movement with other bosu ball exercises such as mountain climbers and push ups to really raise my heart rate. If these burpees are too easy, you can always add a push up at the bottom to make it more challenging as well. I also enjoy doing squats on the bosu ball to really target muscles in the legs and improve my balance 🙌🏻
