Last month, I had the opportunity to speak at the Illinois Organization of Nurse Leaders in Chicago. I met some great people there. Including these two Nurse Managers from Advocate Chris Medical Center. They came to the conference to develop themselves and improve their leadership skills. This is an important lesson for us all.
