1/ Military press , always start with a pressing set , either this DB presses, Arnold presses or machine presses -
2/ DB lateral raises, this is brutal, so start light and get 15, increase the weight hit 12, increase again and hit 10 then INCREASE again and get 8 PULSES , not full reps , do not let the weight touch your hips ! 1 minute rest and run that 3 times! Juicy as anything πŸ”₯πŸ”₯( also try not to swing, I was swinging in this due to just fucking exhaustion) -
3/ Machine press , 4 sets of heavy presses ! 8-12 reps πŸ’¨

4/ Single arm cable raises , 3 sets 8-12 reps each arm -
5/ Lying lateral raises , 3 normal sets , 4 set dropset ! πŸ”₯

6/ DB raises , single arm or together ! 3 sets

7/ Rear dealt crossovers , 4 sets -
8/ And finish on some high volume plate shrugs for the traps ! 😈πŸ”₯
