I’m determined to get back on track! A few new things. All the scale was still moving down slowly, I found out that once again I was OBSESSED with my scale, numbers, etc. I was getting so focused on “being skinny” I forgot to focus on being healthy. I tried once before to stop weighing myself and I epically failed because like I said, I was obsessed, so this time I put the scale under my dresser. Out of sight out of mind. I’m going to work even harder on my food and water intake. IM DONE WITH FEELING CRAPPY. That’s all 🤪
