first “meal” of today out of the way, bullet proof coffee. i used columbian coffee, MCT oil, unsalted butter, heavy cream, and monk fruit sweetner (sooo much better than swerve, and with none of the after taste!) - also p.s this is not my photo, just forgot to take a photo of mine today oops
