Fairy cakes with a 5 year old!

110g self raising flour
110g soft butter
110g caster sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
Splash of milk

1. Heat oven to 160 fan and line a muffin tin with cases.
2. Cream the butter and sugar together.
3. Add the eggs one at a time and beat inbetween, mix in vanilla.
4. Fold in flour and loosen if needed with a tiny bit of milk.
5. Fill the cases evenly with the mix and bake for 12-15 mins until golden, risen and a skewer comes out clean.
6. Cool on a wire rack then decorate to your hearts content!
