Corn Salad recipe- chatpata, spicy crunchy, amazingly tasty and filling. I would eat this every day as it helps keep hunger away for couple of hours.
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled sweet corn
Some spring onion
Some coriander
Pomegranate
1 to 2 tsp Smoke paprika
1 lime juice
1 tbs olive oil
Salt
Method:-
- Take boiled sweet corn in a mixing bowl. - Add spring onions, coriander and pomegranate.
- Mix them well
- In another bowl, add lime juice, olive oil, salt and paprika. - Mix them well - Add this dressing over the corn mix.
- Sprinkle some more pomegranate and smoke paprika on top.
