Arrived in Nevada last Monday; left for a last minute camping adventure BACK INTO California on Friday @ Sequioa National Forest with @jessedoyle85 and his cousin. It’s been a whirlwind 100 mph week.

The body has felt an exponential expansion in BEING. Mind is still playing catch-up and will continue to do so for the following weeks and months.

This has been the pattern I’ve recognized in this epic soul journey over the years. As Jesse says, to paraphrase: “GO FAST, GO FAST, GO FAST! Now chill.”

Life experiences come fast and hard, expanding what it means to feel ALIVE. And it’s only when we return to rest that contemplation occurs, giving us another layer of experience—a mental layer of thought, reminiscing, nostalgia, anticipation—atop current physical experience.
