The main difference here isn’t visible, but it’s mental. In the first picture I was someone who would feel guilty about eating anything out of my intended macros for that day, would meticulously track my water/food intake, and was overall living an unhealthy lifestyle.
Now, I still *loosely* track my food, and I hit the gym 6x a week, but it’s because I WANT to, not that I NEED to. Lifting has become something that I look forward to everyday rather than being the chore that it once was for me. -
