Today I focused on power and explosivity. This kind of training will help you with force production and maxing out when utilizing weight training. And with body weight and optometrics movements, it can help with athleticism, speed, agility, and quickness๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ also burns a ton of calories. 
Squats: - 5x5 @ 225 (regular)
- 4x10 @ 135 with 3 sec pause(power + explosivity). Make sure to come to a complete stop when in the isometric hold phase to limit momentum. Then explode up. This workout DEFINITELY helps with strength, conditioning, and will help you when maxing ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Squat jump with hurdle
- 3x8-10 
BOSU ball squat ropes + rope slams
- 3 sets of 10-12 squats + 10 slams.  Engage and brace the core throughout the entire exercises. Focus on stability so speed is not the emphasis.
