Transformation Tuesday: Since last Tuesday, I have gained 3 lbs, totaling 10.1 lbs lost since January. This past week, I had been exercising more, had one half hour clogging performance , and attended @jessicabassjames #dance2fit tour. Since her workout, my muscles have been sore(which is a good thing) and my feet, arms, and knees are swollen due to the change in weather. The weight gain is not discouraging because I know what I have accomplished. The picture on the left was taken in April and the picture on the right 2was taken today. I weigh 4.5 lbs more than I did in April.  This picture is a reminder that weight isn’t everything. My shape has definitely changed. I have better posture and the tank top from @fitbootyapparel feels looser than before. Also, my confidence has improved. Just remember that you will have good and bad days, but do not quit! Keep moving! πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
