☀️TOMORROW starts Endurance Week at Camp Gladiator which means the goal is to keep you moving the entire 60 minutes, pushing and challenging your cardio and muscular endurance.
Why do we start with Endurance? To build a strong foundation for your training. An added benefit of endurance training is that as you increase your cardiovascular endurance, the oxygen flow to your muscles will improve, enabling you to perform at a higher level longer at Camp!
