I took my first step just about 3 years ago to help myself. I was not ALL IN. Why? Because of that 4 letter F word “FEAR”. I was afraid of another failure, afraid of investing too much money into this lifestyle, afraid of what others would think/feel. All that FEAR did was hold me back from the person I was meant to be, the Mom I needed to become and the wife my husband desperately needed. When I finally JUMPED, it was the best decision I ever made. Taking time to work on YOU is NOT selfish. YOU are an investment.
