Day 4/21: Hip Flexor Stretch

Focus on tucking your under, hold it and shift your weight forward slightly. 
Kick your back leg into your hand whilst simultaneously trying to drag your back leg forward isometrically. Hold for 15secs, release and sink deeper into the stretch without letting go of the core tuck. 
Do this for 5 cycles of 2min holds... lemme know how you feel🙌🏽 #selfcare
