Milestone reached this morning! After a few stalls & emotional roller coaster rides, pep talks & constant motivational reminders to self.... I stepped back to look at the bigger picture. The scale does not define me, but feels good seeing the numbers go down. After an adjustment to my diet I’m down 75lbs and 50 inches!
