3️⃣Kneel to squat jump
4️⃣Mountain climbers + elbow push-ups
I did these Tabata (typical me) - 20 seconds of each exercise, resting 10 seconds in between for 4 minutes. Rest 2 minutes, then repeat the whole thing 2-4 more times. My lungs were burningggggg 🔥🔥
