RECENTLY I SPOKE ABOUT LEANING/FOLDING FORWARD IN A SQUAT. A lot of the time this is down to tight hip flexors. If you do this stretch and feel really tight then that is the problem. Hold this for 1 minute on each leg and repeat 4 times. It’s a simple task to add in daily that will really help you. You can do it at home on a couch or bed while you watch tv too so you have no excuse. PS. The reason I’m pointing at my glutes here is I want you to squeeze your glutes which will push your hip further forward and give you more of a stretch 😊
