Try these 3 Drills to Help Reduce Stiffness.

1)Knee Controlled Articular Rotations - Irradiate at about 30% (irradiate means create tension in nearby joints).
.

Foam Roll the Quads - Go slow, sweeping slowly in one direction. Try to avoid tensing up against the roller. Relax and breathe slowly. .
.
Banded Squat to Box - the goal here is to squat and get your Glutes involved. Make sure your hip, knee, and ankle are all pointing in the same direction. If this is painful increase the height of the box until you’re comfortable to squat. Focus on driving out against the band without losing your toe position on the floor.
