Smoothie bowls were soooo last year.

This year I’m on that liquid smoothie kick! And I’ve been getting sustained through all my crazy summer work with this baby.

Mostly Mango Superfood Smoothie:
1-2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup yogurt or choice (I used plain Greek)
2 dates
2 tbl chia seeds
2 tsp @elli_vated_goods Glow Baby, Glow (incredible chai spices with superfoods!)
1 tsp @foursigmatic adaptogen blend
1 tsp vanilla
4 ice cubes
I stalk kale or handful spinach (ran out today 😥)

Just blend it up to beat the heat with an instant meal 👊🏾
