I’m feeling super down at the moment about the way I look, I’m trying to stay on track, I’m doing really well, when it comes to eating but I am just finding myself to be a bit blegh. I’ve decided not to get on the scales for a while because I don’t need to!
This was after two hours at the gym tonight and I am dead dead! Hope everyone smashed Wednesday! 🍑
