Ailsa Bay 1.2 !! What a lovely whisky we picked up in duty free on the way to LA back in May. It truly is sweet and smokey. I’m really a fan of sweet whiskies and regularly experiment with smokey whiskies so this was a great touch. I tried the first version earlier this year and am able to spot any differences apart from the marble bottle top but would love to know if anyone has spotted the difference!
