.🤝I’m so grateful I get to work with people who have become good friends. There are times when all I have to do is look at them and they know what I’m thinking. & when I’m not feeling the greatest, they support instead of complain or judge.

.🗣It took months of open communication to get into our groove, but we did it! We each have our own roles and very different personalities, which we embrace (& support💪🏾). We are not perfect, but we never give up on our students or each other.
.
.🍽Food is always a great way to bond! We would randomly bring in snacks, dishes, salsa, or share lunch. We also had a “community snack drawer” that we all contributed to.
.
.🎶Each morning we listen to upbeat music. People would often comment “is there a party in here?” Yes! That’s how I believe work should feel..fun!
