This is a paraphrase from a book I’ve been reading called “Younger Next Year for Women.” I’m loving the ideas it talks about and how we all age, but there are things you can do to prevent decay and rot from setting in 😁. Of course, it’s exactly what you think—exercise every day, make healthy food choices and keep your brain engaged and challenged. And there’s scientific proof to show it’s possible!

I was relieved to hear that these are all the things I’ve been doing, thanks to my job as a coach who helps other people learn how to do just what has been helping me feel younger in both body and heart!

I started my fitness journey when I got certified as a personal trainer 9 years ago. I was fascinated by the human body and what it is capable of doing and wanted to learn more. That desire made me realize that I could help other people get healthier and more active too and I loved getting to know the people I was training and seeing them change their lives for the better!

Then I found out about being an online coach and realized I could help even more people AND actually help them make permanent lifestyle changes. As a trainer I would only see people at most 3 times a week for an hour. As a coach I have DAILY contact with them and help them learn how to change their bodies AND their mindset, which is what creates lasting healthy habits. No more yo-yo up and down with fitness—we focus on how to make a healthy life easy and simple to maintain.

Anyone who has a passion for living a healthy life and helping others can do what I do. You don’t need to be a personal trainer like I was because I mentor you every step of the way and we have access to professionally designed workout and nutrition plans to provide people with all the resources they need to live happier and healthier lives!
