As an annual journey each July on the Salish sea, we’ve traveled about 140 nautical miles since leaving the mainland & our sailboat has gotten splashy in the salty waters, our excursions to the bays to sleep aboveboard while our crab pots below have been bountiful, and at each stop the markets and places have been fruitful and sooo lovely!

We are gracious for the friends we meet in the harbors and fellow Idahoans sailing a long way from home with us; Esperanza and Leeway went into the beautiful Southern Gulf Islands this year, which has been the loveliest location of them all. . . this morning we hit the famous Salt Spring Island Saturday market and had the freshest pizza for breakfast! .
