🙏🏿🙏🏾🙏🙏🏻 @lawofvoid it’s scary to heal, it’s ugly and painful looking at your ‘stuff’ and allowing the negative emotions to flow through you. However, it’s scarier to stay stuck wearing that coat of pain you’ve carried for so long. If you don’t allow these emotions to flow thru, they will manifest in dis-ease in the physical body. Become aware of the pain body but be courageous enough to take off the ‘coat‘ and leave behind what no longer serves you. God Bless. ❤️
