Can you tell their coaches took the time to work their shapes and technique? Felt like I was working with the kids I trained. These coaches are doing a rockstar job with their athletes and you can see it! Today, I had them on high bar baby giants and as you can see, they were beast. We had some drills for their side stations, they owned like a BOSS... One of the girls put her giants to dismount in between the bars! 🔥 My favorite part, they also live by: “Do it Right, Do it Light. Do it Wrong, Do it Long. At the end of the day, we all get Strong!” ~Coach Dee
