Today was the second time I had to go into my old client’s old UPS Store. She was finally able to retire and enjoy life. Now the UPS brand is a place of service correct? How a New owner treats their customers will determine the reputation of this business correct? Being rude not only 2 different times but talking about ME to another customer as I had to grab my ID from my truck with my daughter in your store is NOT very professional now is it? Ha first thing I learned in a self owned business is to always be professional no matter the situation. Because ones reputation with determine ones future of keeping their business. Without customers you can not make it, so choose how you treat your customers. As I get ready to launch my customer based business this really spoke to me. I expect quality service from others and I will give exceptional service for my guests. When doing business with someone what is the one thing that keeps you going back?
