Shhhhh I’ve a secret, I’m not always motivated. I KNOW, this is shocking 🤪 information ℹ️
The trick to exercising, eating 🍽 right, staying hydrated 💦 isn’t magical 🧙♀️. There isn’t a motivation tree 🌳 in my yard. Or a go button 🖲 I push. The key 🔑 is consistency.
Most of what I do is habit. Trial and error has proven to me what works to make me feel better (clean eating 🍽, water 💧, exercise 💪🏻) On the really hard days, I have an accountability partner/group. Lately, it’s been Owen. The unspoken truth, we both know I’ll feel better after a workout 🏋️♀️ and eating 🍽....and 💯 percent of the time I do feel better.
Sometimes the hardest part is getting out the door 🚪...my advice, put your sneakers on and GO.
