Hi I’m Sierra and my forearms hurt like a bitch! 👋🏼 I became obsessed with hex bar deadlifts when @ibamsey showed them to me like 3 years ago (before that I avoided all deadlifts like the plague) and then the last year or so I’ve been trying to get my RDL form down so I can transition to those.  @kyledburns1 started giving me RDL’s this training block so that’s forced me to get the form down solid 💪🏼 I feel like I was maybe going a bit too fast but otherwise I’m pretty proud of these 🤷🏻‍♀️ @teamcosmicbodies @1901fitness
