Sometimes I think to myself.. Why do people do restrictive diets? 
Because if you really think about it, the FACT that we are privileged enough to even choose to restrict food is huge.
All over the world, people are starving, people are thirsty. They would literally kill for a decent meal.
But when we have a choice, why do we choose to starve ourselves anyway??
The damage you can do to your body COULD become irreversible, in 20 years time your bones could be breaking, your heart could be failing.. All because of this one life decision you made when you were younger, to shrink yourself, make yourself smaller in this vast universe.
The thing is.. if you are always worried about your appearance, you will miss out on the BIG picture. 
You won’t enjoy life as much if you’re only thinking about how you look. 
Because honestly, there is SOOO much more to life than that.
Life is about experiences, challenges, love, adventures...etc.
So why waste it on this?
It’s a pain, when you go out somewhere with friends or family.. and you’re only thinking about what you’re going to eat, if you’re going to eat too much, if you should opt out, if maybe you should just go for the salad.
Choose to LIVE the moment, don’t worry about what food you’re going to have! Just enjoy the fact that you are having a good time, eat some delicious food, ( your body will thank you for it )
Our digestion system is MEANT to break down food, which means that we were designed to EAT.
We HAVE to eat.
Food isn’t an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT.
So please love yourself, nurture your body, and don’t give up <3
