There’s nothing better than running outside in this amazing weather. Alaska is so beautiful in the summer, there’s no comparison. Three leisurely miles down, that’s 9 this week. My pace is slow but that’s ok, I know it’s gonna get better. One day at a time I’m getting stronger, working out is my magic pill, it keeps the crazy away, what’s yours?
