✨Daily Food Diary✨
Breakfast was a slice of toast with butter and a bottle of water (4 points), lunch was a Subway chicken salad with mayo, cheese and chilli sauce (4 points) and dinner which I completely forgot to take a picture of was chicken wraps with cucumber, hash browns and 4 onion rings (29 points) So although I cut into my weekly points I also did 10000 steps worth of exercise which gave me a few fit points! ✨ Really good day, off to an amazing start (considering I’m only 1 week postpartum 👶🏻) and I’m feeling motivated! •
