Every so often someone asks me how I would describe my photography style. This is a tough one...
It starts with telling the story of your day through details...the in between moments... the big moments. I look for those true smiles and laughter till your belly hurts moments. I look for the quiet tears that no one else notices. Everything that makes a wedding day. And I do all of this like a photography ninja behind the scenes. 🖤
Another important thing is creative, editorial style portraiture whilst still keeping things fun and natural. And definitely not dragging you guys off for hours. 10-20 mins at most. This is something I’ve worked on for a number of years using my experience of also shooting commercial and fashion over the past decade to influence this. ⚡️
I also love wedding days and people...and some of the best comments I’ve had from clients is that I’m a ‘calming influence’, a ‘good energy’ and just like a ‘best friend hanging out with us on our wedding day’, that ‘all the family and friends loved how nice you were’.
