Last time I did one of these I said how inconsistent I am with the gym and my diet..since then I’ve been fairly consistent going gym about 3 times a week.....we trying mayn we trying. Since working I’ve decided to change my whole diet plan to foods which are quick but healthy because after I finish work and the gym, not gonna lie I really can’t be arsed to sit there chopping up potatoes.

🔘Since creating this diet I’d like to think I’ve been strict making sure I’m getting in enough calories. I’ve been ridiculously motivated to eat 3500 calories ever since my performance in the gym last month when I couldn’t lift anything because I was in a calorie deficit. Worst gym session I’ve had in my life so bulking 24/7 it is..I should be doing this anyway but sometimes it’s just a lot of effort.. I’ve come across lazy this whole post but you’re not wrong I’m lazy to an extent 🤷🏽‍♂️
