Tear trough correction with Restylane Refyne here I used 1/2 syringe 💉 injected with a 25g 1 1/2 “ cannula on each side. Bottom picture is before and top is immediately after. Very important not to over correct. I will reassess in a month and consider a second syringe at that time. Minimal discomfort, topical anesthesia used takes about 15 minutes.
