It’s been at least 2 years since I last hit the pads and boy, did I get my ass handed to me tonight. πŸ˜°πŸ˜… I believe that harnessing good technique in the beginning will be the biggest amplifier of power and there are a lot of power in structure. That being said, technique will suffer when the body is tired...I apologise for my poor form.... I was extremely tired... Of all the types of sports/ training I’ve done, nothing drains me faster than combat sports... by the 4th set of 3 mins round, I could barely lift my hands up... can you imagine getting in the ring and fight at the pro level?
