When we’re angry, hurt, etc. For most of us it’s easier pointing the blame at the other person to make ourselves feel better and almost innocent. But let’s be realistic, no one is innocent. It takes two, we have our faults, our mistakes, and so on. Instead what we need to do is realize the wrongs we have done and hold ourselves responsible, call yourself out on your own shit. There’s nothing wrong with that, in fact there’s no better way in growing then knowing what you yourself did wrong. Once your both able to sit down and communicate your mistakes, a weight will be lifted off both of you and that’ll make it easier to reconcile and resolve the issue.
