Everyday this week I’m going to post a fitness phrase or myth that people may have heard and debunk it. 
This weeks myth is that eating past 7 will make you gain weight. Nothing is ever black and white and this statement is not true. Your body isn’t a clock so it has no idea what time it is. If your hungry then you should absolutely eat. But if your not and your just snacking then maybe just be more aware of the reason as to why your eating.
