So often we hear that what happens in the kitchen is equally as important as what happens in the “gym”.

Am I Right???

That what we fuel our bodies with has a great impact on how we feel, how we lose weight and how we stay in shape.

Have you considered what you fuel your mind with is just as important ((if not more))???

Think about it...what we forget to talk about in the fitness community is the #mentalhealth component and how that effects our workouts, fitness and overall health.

In the last few weeks I have been defusing some of my power #essentialoils for an uplifting & supportive workout that has nothing to do with fitness or nutrition, but rather improved self awareness & focus. It has made all the difference in my workouts and my post-workout recovery.

My challenge to my fitness community & followers is that in the next week pre or post-workout try in some way to focus on the mental health/wellness component. And if you have the resources make sure you are diffusing the right essential oils for a little more support.

#FYI this applies to everyone not just the ones working out...STOP 🛑 ignoring your thoughts 💭 and start fueling your mind with positivity.
